• Where is the store based?

  Hobbs, NM

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Your order will be processed and taken to my local post office within 1 to 2 business days after payment is approved. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 4 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 8 weeks. Exceptions are rare but in such a case it may take up to 5 days longer to ship out. Thank you!

• Is gift wrapping available?

  Most definitely! All orders are available to be gift wrapped. I can even ship it directly to the intended recipient (minus the invoice of course) with tracking available. (Signature required at additional cost.) Just put the instructions in the note when ordering! Additional charges will be billed separately.

  Want a card with it to say something special, I can do that too! :D

• Can size changes be made?

  In most cases yes.
  Requests can be made via email, and once the item is purchased then the adjustments will be made to the product. There will then be a slight delay in shipping in order to accommodate the changes being made.

• Can I order something custom made?

  Why of course!
  Just send me a message and explain what you would like and we can work out the details from there.
  Prices will vary depending on requested materials.
  Payment is required up front for all custom orders.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Why of course!

  Keep in mind that shipping will cost more and take longer to arrive.
  If insurance or tracking is needed there will be an extra charge.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
